Crusty cob
I was given a copy of Paul
Hollywood’s bread book for Christmas and today we tried our first recipe - a crusty cob. Here’s Monsieur Baguette giving the dough a thumbs up as it heads off to a warm spot for its second rise. Happy to say it turned out really well. Won’t last long!
