Back to it!

Having spent half of December with a virus I was finally wanting to get out and do some exercise this weekend. Yesterday's Body Pump left my legs pretty achy but still up to a short loop round on the bike this morning. This afternoon C & I went swimming, my slowest mile since I was a kid having spent half the time chatting.
