Bumble bee....

....smothered in pollen as he sips from a hebe flower. The plant is Hebe canterburiensis which is endemic to New Zealand, love the delicate tiny flowers.

Tuesday......Christmas is all packed away, we're back to normal. It's been sunny and windy with cooler temps, 17C hardly summer.
