Night Time Skiing - Stoke-on-Trent

The Stoke Ski Centre is usually a dry sloope - no such worries today! Skiers were out in force (not that you'd realise it from this shot - they were all on the adjacent slope!)

This snowboarder was surveying the slope in the darkness, picked out sharply by the intense brightness of the halogen spotlights along the side of the slope.
