BOWL WITH BRUSHSTROKES
My entry for the Tiny Tuesday Challenge. Huge thanks to KangaZu for hosting.
I cannot remember if this bowl which is placed on a shelf in the library,
has been part of a set, (I think so) or a tea-set. Too long ago bought, but this one bowl Piet Hein has kept, and gave it a special place.
It has always been a joy for me to see how he can keep so many old and often simple things and put them with his lovely taste somewhere in the library abd it looks as if they really belong there. It has to do with showing love for objects and animate them.
I must admit that I lack such thing as he obviously has, patience for it perhaps, but I am happy with what I cherish too.
The day started grey and sombre, but when in the late afternoon the weather changed a bit, we walked along the Weser to Würgassen and back. So good to have a nice walk again.
I have given silly hearts to Charlie17, Jeano, Mumof4Wildlings, PamelaJ, Pinkhairedlady.
