Worth a little effort!

Being a cat, our Mittens thinks she can more or less walk anywhere and so here she is on our sideboard.
I’m useless at haggling, but today, I thought I would check up on some of our extended warranty things e.g. washing machine, cooker, drains, light bulbs etc
Anyway, after a couple of phone calls and without any raised voices or swear words (at least from me) I was offered the same guarantees at a reduction of about £300 less a year.
But why doesn’t it happen anyway!!
