Ouch

A visit to the doctor followed by a couple of hours at the hospital for Semi-Q. An injury unrelated to CFS (for a change) and to be followed up by a visit to the orthopaedic surgeon in the next few days. She was surprisingly upbeat about it!

In other news, the intrepid travellers came for lunch and Mr Q managed to rehome some of his clothes.

Back to work tomorrow - I’ll need to set the alarm!
