Bright and beautiful...

It has been a very stormy day today mostly spent indoors . I did venture out to a physiotherapy appointment and this is the entrance hall of her premises. She has created a beautiful, positive relaxing space and is a truly lovely human being.
Although the session was quite difficult, I think it has improved things and hopefully a better night's sleep will follow.
