I remember the day when a truckload of men came out to change a light bulb.  You would have the:
Foreman
Assistant Foreman
Chargehand
Assistant Chargehand
Ganger
Assistant Ganger
Labourer One
Labourer Two
Oh and I nearly forgot the Electrician. He (it was always a he, ladies were not electricians at that time) was the one that changed the bulb.

The gang would arrive with five ladders just in time to take their tea break.
