Business per usual. Have had issues with the office door since moving to my community based office in November. Suffice it to say, the pace for getting things fixed is less than ideal.

After countless requests, converstions, texts, forms, etc etc... I thought my misery would come to an end today. I knew things were off to a bad start when I found they saudered the door spring on the outside (If i'm giving construction tips, we're in trouble)... after hammering it off for an hour, and re-saudering it in another less ideal location on the inside, I realized we had only made things worse.

Now instead of being unable to close the door, it is a serious work out just to get in or out of the place. yikes.
