All To Himself

I believe this is a cormorant, but I'd be happy to be corrected.  He fits that description in my bird ID book so I'll go with it for the moment.  Whatever he is, he was enjoying his solitary swim in the estuary.  He didn't even have to work at it because a blustery wind propelled him along without any effort on his part.
