Japonica ....

…… first bit  of colour in the garden this year, although I did notice a few snowdrops which are almost out.  It is bitterly cold today even though the wind which is coming from the East has dropped a little.   We lost  part of the felt from a small ancient shed last night.  It's been on the cards to demolish it for a long time now and is full of things that haven't seen the light of day for many years.   Lots of trips to the tip or maybe a skip would be more appropriate.
