Ripples

I liked this shot of the Rochdale Canal by Clegg Hall for the way the large ripples in the canal, caused by a breeze blowing through the bridge on which I stood, reflected the cloudy sky. A couple more shots from today's walk in warm sunshine are of a nearby pond and the nature reserve section of Hollingworth Lake.

I am now preparing a very fancy confit garlic, cheesy sauce and bronzed cauliflower dish for tonight's dinner.  This starts with gently cooking two entire heads of garlic in olive oil.
