Played tennis for the first time this year - sitting around eating cake over the holiday has taken its toll! Still afterwards we all sat around and ate more Christmas Cake!
This afternoon a short walk gave this Gorse bush - I love the contrast of the harsh spines and the down like cover on the flowers. But if you are a cat lover you may prefer the extra. This cat followed me and ran around my legs like I was some long lost cousin. It didn't stand still very long and wasn't keen to be my blip so the picture was on quite a slant. I've spent ages entertaining my husband as I tired to rotate the picture without losing its ear. After a while he did tell me he thought it was impossible!
