First shuffle of the year

I couldn't run for almost three weeks, because of holidays away and a nasty virus that followed me back home, but I dragged myself out of the house today to shuffle round the estate with my marathon running man. I managed just over 1km in freezing cold in gloves and scarf. He's still running...
