A cold but sunny morning - calm after the winds.  I made hay and walked my usual walk listening to an audio recording of Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson.  Its a wonderful book and this BBC recording is a delight.

The session with the nephrologist went much as I had expected.    Holding pattern and try and stay as healthy as possible until a transplant is forthcoming.
