Wednesday

A day on the sofa/on the phone to the CPN/GP several times. More seeing things. I still have spiders in my legs. 

Got an appt late afternoon with a GP. He is convinced it is anxiety based, he has give more diazepam. I also got told that the psychiatrist thinks it's anxiety based too so she doesn't want to see me early :( 

I thought this was a full moon, but no, not yet.
