Town Hall

Chico has murals everywhere. It's what we're known for (that and the beer and the university). It gives our little city just a little more charm. But this display is hidden. To see this particular piece of public art, you have to be across the street from my favorite local bar. It's like it was painted solely for Duffy's patrons. I happen to be there tonight felt this local treasure needed to be blipped.
