Seaside winter wonderland

Strange to see a palm tree under snow - I only had to go just outside my front door for this!
Here in Clevedon we have had our first snow of the winter, and we see the British bulldog spirit in action - the area has ground to a halt! When this morning's first bus to Bristol was due, there was barely a dusting on the ground, we saw cars, bikes, a lorry and a van going past the bus stop but no bus. We gave up waiting when it was delayed by 10 minutes. Most services outside Bristol city centre are suspended.
