Stuffed Clams!

For those of you who have Safeway markets - Stuffed clams are currently on sale this week! One dollar each. I find that two make for a wonderful meal.

450F in the oven for about 22 minutes turns out a perfect meal. Your results may vary :) Be careful to NOT overcook!

In this case, the stuffed clams are good for about one year in the deep freeze, and it is suggested that they be consumed within 3 - 4 months for best flavor.

Meanwhile - I have two dozen in my deep freeze. bon appetit !
