Shadows

Nice day with long shadows today. Just di wished work so I thought is pop to Newbury for a wander round and a bite to eat in my favourite cafe, Weavers. They do a lovely salad patter. I'm trying to keep off carbs now after the christmas indulgences. Not easy but it's got to be done
