Polnoon Street in Eaglesham is a steep hill!  Eaglesham is not far from EK and is a conservation village.  The houses cannot be altered on the frontage but many of them are extended at the back, and are very nice.  We nearly bought a house here in the '60's, on the village green, but decided against it as it was in bad condition and we were not then experienced in re-doing houses.  

Today as we drove though the sun shining on the houses made for a very nice picture.

Have a bit of a chesty cough, so the pharmacist has given me a bottle, and it seems to be working already......
