Frills

A trip to the gym this morning to work on my knee exercises. Hoping they pay off.

Richard has been invited to join son Matthew on his Stag night. The best man’s Dad and future Father in Law seem to be involved too. So after some persuasion he has agreed to join them. Takes me back to the lads and Dads on rugby tour. No doubt ‘What goes on tour, stays on tour’ will be the motto!

Not much inspiration today following a disturbed night. Spotted these frilly fungi on our walk....the best I could do.
