Little Women

Jenny, Mary and I went to the Silver Screening at the Brewery this afternoon. The audience was almost all ‘women of a certain age’! Whatever does that mean?
Anyway we enjoyed Little Women, having not read it for some several decades.
Although, I found the continual piano background music too much, and the continuous switching to and from flashbacks interrupted the flow of the story to my mind.
However it was well cast and overall a pleasant way to spend a damp afternoon.
Or is that faint praise?
