I heart Switzerland

For some reason, Switzerland was colder than the Italian Alps today, so off we went. Over a 2300m pass and into my second favourite county. Blue skies, folk skating on the frozen lakes, people cross country skiing in the snowed over fields, deserted beautiful local ski centres, wall-to-wall awe inspiring Alpine views and of course loads of frozen waterfalls to play on. What a place. I love the Lakes and I guess am pretty ‘lucky’ to live there, but I’d LOVE to live in Switzerland.
