Ben here doing his homework on line with a schools website called Sumdog.

Blood test result showed no thyroid issues (fab) and x ray showed no collapsed vertebrae that the physio thought I may have or any sign of arthritis or osteoporosis (fab). And good news showing my bones are good shape for my age. But it did show I do have slight curvature of the spine.

So continue doing my core strengthening exercises to help the back pain.

Good to see Harry and Meghan sticking two fingers up to the U.K. tabloid press and also ditching the royal family. Well done. Ok two down, whose next!!
