Oh no!!! Poisonous Berries?

A robin was eating the berries on my Heavenly Bamboo plants today; I thought it was just fine. But I went to garden club today and heard that the Heavenly Bamboo flower berries are poisonous.....even for birds.....what??? I need to go out tomorrow and and prune all those berries off those plants! Also, I need to cut back my Hellebore too because the shoots are starting to come up.
