snow vs chillis

i hear that your gardens in the uk are full of snow. our garden is full of chillis. i'm jealous of your garden, but i will console myself with a very hot curry tonight ;-)

gutted that it rained for the entire time i was in the uk and then the week i leave it turns into a snowy wonderland. bad timing.

i did make the most of the beautiful sunshine this morning though. biked to the race track then ran 4k with some friends (i haven't run for over a year). i was a sweaty mess but it felt good to be making a start on reducing the winter excess.
