Suspended

At lunch we had a lot of discussion about walking and apps for counting your steps.  I gather the idea that you have to do 10,000 steps has been discredited somewhat but I think any amount of walking is better than none.  

Meanwhile Benny had a trip to the vet.  I had to wake him up to get him in to the cat box, so he yelled in the car the whole way there and back afterwards.  He had his claws clipped and a check up, so the verdict given was that considering his age he is doing OK.  While I was in the waiting room a couple came in with an Australian Kelpie, ten years old and not doing too well, and the couple were clearly anxious about what the prospects were for their pet.  We get so attached to these creatures.
