Earthing

On a day that was very slow, highlighted, as so often happens, by a lovely random encounter on the moor, with a barefoot Kate. I must remember to take off my shoes and socks up there when the weather gets just a little warmer. We need to be earthed far more often than opportunity sensibly allows in the winter.
