Look up

Working from home today and the cats were guarding the stairs, probably in the hope of getting some food.

Things are going okay with work, we are one person less this year (so only two of us now) but it seems okay for now and the work should be a little less.... I slightly suspect things will get busier soon and it will be interesting then.

I did not get out for a walk today as I had the hygienist in my lunch hour, but my teeth now feel lovely and clean. We had homemade lasagne for dinner with a glass of wine.

Stats - food not bad, steps 9,000 and half an hour on the elliptical machine.
