I took my birthday cards down today, a week on and Mr H wanted to wash the Airedale Terrier nose art off the windows!

I love this card from friends D&T, friendship is something we all benefit from.

Feeling better again today, managed to walk Reggie round the park with Mr H and cook Moussaka for tea and still had the energy to eat it.

Lovely to bump into Wendles this afternoon with Mr Wendles.

Went to band rehearsal this evening . I was not on form, but I think we all have nights like that sometimes!
