Hygge

Cafe Hagen is a month old  Danish cafe that advertises coffee the Swedish Fika way that my friend R wanted to try in South Lake Union,.    Hygge is a Danish or Norwegian word for this "contented coziness" cultural thing.    They were working on their kitchen so there was no menu...just a few (I think day old) pastries and we didn't  think it was a particularly cozy or contented place.
Been there.  Done that.    Seemed to require sketchy black and white.
