My turn/tern

I believe these are common terns....checking in my 40 year old bird encyclopaedia.
I think the one on the left was a juvenile and was making quite a fuss, harassing the adult... but he/she was completely nonchalant and kept on preening, ignoring the demanding youngster.
I have seen similar behaviour in supermarkets.
