Planning and chatting

Finally got down to planning our trip to Spain/Portugal which has now become a Spanish only trip due to difficulties in finding open campsites in places we wanted to visit which had availability. Guess we should have booked sooner but there’s always another tome! So now visiting Barcelona, Valencia, Cartagena, Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Toledo, Madrid, Salamanca and Burgos before heading home via Santander.

Spent the evening at my friend Ann’s house in Penicuik with 2 others - we all met at a mother and baby group almost 25 years ago and meet for a Chinese takeaway and to swap secret Santa presents. Mine was a beautiful scarf and a necklace - not sure how Santa managed that for £10!
A great night of catching up - my turn to drive and I was glad I did as it was so windy i was glad I hadn’t had a drink. Didn’t leave till almost 1 so too late to blip.
