Star cake

Gluten and dairy free, made with gf flour, ground almonds, eggs sugar and dried fruits soaked in brandy, figs, date cranberries apricots and sultanas. We are off out for film night with 6 others, I’m taking this and GF bread to contribute to the meal. Will see if the others like it.
