Christmas Rose .

It has been the most horrid stormy day here today .
I did take a short walk in the rain to the bottom of the garden which has transformed into a fast flowing burn - it's a few years since this happened and I really like it on these stormy days.

It was good to see the first snowdrops peeping through the sodden ground and also this white hellebore which seems to have blossomed prolifically since Christmas.
