Another Eater

I've decided that I'm going to post a picture of a bird eating breakfast for as many days as possible. (We'll see how that goes.)

I woke up at 6:46 a.m., and decided to go visit the 7:22 sunrise. The problem? I was there in plenty of time, but she (the sun) didn't show up.

So, I had to improvise, and the yellow-crowned night heron eating a crab stepped up. He/she had to slam down the crab on to a rock, and then pick at it.

While I didn't get to see the rising sun, I did get to see the setting moon (sort of.) That picture is in my Extras.
