A windy day

Although it has been a warm day it has been very windy. M and l decided to go out to Rabbit island which is about 20K from here. We made several stops on the way- one to Hoglund art glass studio, l was bit naughty and bought a beautiful vase - clear glass with blue/green bubble in it - a blip some rainy day. Another stop at the fruit stall where we bought a huge bag of delicious ripe apricots, about 2lbs for $8 and a punnet of Boysenberries to have with our meal tonight - yum.

Boysenberries are a cross between raspberry, blackberry, dewberry and logan berry.

The photo was taken on Rabbit island with quite a wild sea in the background. The plant in the foreground l knew, as a kid, as bunny tail.
