Fried Shrimp

Air fried shrimp (from par-fried frozen), homemade sauerkraut, aged gouda.

This was an admittedly odd dinner thrown together during halftime of watching Real Madrid play Getafe (I’m catching up on matches recorded while I was abroad), but it was enjoyable anyhow. There were strawberries for dessert, and I will now settle down to one more pint of IPA for the evening.
