Not much sign of any of those substances in this 19th century street.
This is Gaelic Lane which has a coffee shop at one end and the side door to a bar at the other, and nothing else apart from back doors to other businesses inbetween.
I have no idea how or why it came to be called this, but it is a fine example if why Aberdeen is called The Granite City.
Taken from inside my car, yet again, as I was on the adjacent taxi rank.
