Not been for my run yet, but I was in charge of the junior parkrun this morning.

Need a catnap after Sunday dinner which was beef and Yorkshire's, cooked in my Grandma's roasting tin. A loft find from my Mum last year

After the catnap, off to the shops, then get stuff ironed for tomorrow and do a run.
