boil wash

Amos was given a wee empty box on his pre-visit to school from the nursery last year to put things in to bring in to show his new colleagues when he starts P1 in August. When we were poking about in rockpools and on beaches and suchlike he was looking with the partial intent of getting some stuff for his wee box, but whilst things like stones or the nice wee intact sea urchin test we found can be taken in as they are I decide that it might be safer to take in photos of some of the specimens more likely to be rotting, stinking horrors by the time another summer month has passed.
