London at Dusk

I spent the day in London with a group of photographic / [ex-]work colleague friends.  Most of the day was spent in the in City area, starting in Brick Lane and gradually working our way back to the Thames Embankment near the Millenium Bridge.  All told we walked around 9 or 10 miles (depending on whose iPhone / Fitbit pedometre you checked!)

The last photographic stop of the day was a visit to the Viewing Gallery at Tate Modern around dusk/sunset, where we were treated to wonderful views across the river to St Paul's.  The extras show the view just to the right over the City of London area, and eastwards over Southwark to the Shard.
