Oh dear!

It was not supposed to happen like this!

On our way to Newcastle for the flight to Heathrow, we hear that domestic flights have been cancelled because of anticipated problems at Heathrow. Speedy about turn and we were on our way driving south to see if we could make it ourselves. Driving through sleet, snow, fog and dreadful road conditions . . . and booking car parking on the way - we make it.

Now waiting for the plane out. It may be delayed!
