The One That Got Away

Was happy to have taken this photo from the balcony of the ninth floor flat of our friends here in Lisbon - of the 17.5km Vasco da Gama bridge over the Tagus river in Lisbon. But then... went for a walk with Mike on the boardwalk you see middle left of the photo, and there was the almost full moon, rising huge and orange, over the bridge, reflected in the water, it was stunning, and I hadn't taken my camera!  I felt so frustrated almost stopped me enjoying the beauty of it. Mike did the best he could on his phone, which at least proves we saw it. Just imagine an orange moon over the bridge, balancing the orange building in the foreground...

- Julia and Beth's plane about to land... we're so close here, we can leave after they've landed
