Sutton Park

Residents of Sutton Coldfield had grazing rights in Sutton Park, granted by King Henry VIII, and in the sixties it was an everyday sight to see cows, ponies and horses in the park. These are grazing in front of the Park Hotel.

This Kodachrome slide has seen better days, I'm afraid. It was taken on my Dad's Samoca 50mm f2.8 rangefinder camera and processed in July 1967.
