Lake Louise Gondola

This photo was taken from the gondola on the way up to Lake Louise hill. We started the day with the "Ski Friends" Ginny and John and they did a great job of showing up the hill and helping us build our confidence as we're both quite new to skiing.

Had a bit of a dicey moment on the ski lift when a staff member cut us off took the ski lift chair and it caught me off guard so the next ski lift swung around and hit me, I was a little shaken up but alright. After that the day went quite well, we met up with Dave and Kris and we had a blast of an afternoon going up, over and around the whole hill. I'm sure we'll be quite sore tomorrow but it was all worth it. We fell a few times but as Dave said "if you don't fall, you're not trying hard enough." Good call Dave.

Finished the day at the Banff Upper Hot Springs, which was sooo nice and then went out for dinner at Earls with Dave and Kris and then called it a night.
