Nelson……..

…………..…….Haven



We had an early appointment in Nelson this morning and with time to spare we stopped at the Sunderland Marine Pier on Rocks Road, the state highway through Nelson towards Marlborough.


The morning cloud and light was lovely with a hint of sunlight catching this fishing boat at anchor in the haven and the historic lighthouse sitting on Nelson’s bolder bank in the distance.




Thank you so much for the visits, comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s blip of my grandson Marcus standing above the foreshore at Motueka Beach. The dark band of colours in the distance are actually the hills behind Nelson on the other side of Tasman Bay.
