Sturgeon silverware
Getting too and from St James's today by public transport was like wading through a bath of uncooked Birds Custard!
There was more caviar around than you could shake a stick at although this little vessel was just for display. The eggs go inside the glass liner above a bowl full of crushed ice.
I like caviar but faced with a plate of aged gruyere as an alternative, I'd go for the cheese.
